Expressions of Interest are invited for Quantity Surveyor (RICS) services in November/December 2008 for the above project. The works will comprise of the formation of a new Force Control Room within the existing Assembly Hall. This will involve the refurbishment of the existing hall, new offices to one end complete with a cantilevered mezzanine level over, a raised service deck, new windows, and associated services, including lights, power and air handling. The successful bidder will be expected to carry out the following :

The estimated value of the works is £200k. FORCE CONTROL ROOM PROJECT - ARCHITECTURAL AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES Expressions of Interest are sought for Architectural and associated services in November/December 2008 for the above contract. The works will include the following :
This will involve the refurbishment of the existing hall, new offices to one end complete with a cantilevered mezzanine level over, a raised service deck, new windows, and associated services, including lighting, power and air handling. Tenders will be invited on the basis of the Conditions of Appointment of an Architect issued by the Royal Institute of British Architects. The successful bidder will be expected to provide all relevant consultant services in association with the works, including electrical, mechanical (both CIBSE) and a (Chartered) structural engineer. A Quantity Surveyor will be appointed directly by Tayside Police and the CDM co-ordinator will be in-house. Consultants interested in tendering for this project should express their interest by e-mail to the Contracts Administrator using this form no later than Friday, 29 August 2008. It is anticipated that tender documentation will be issued mid September 2008 with a return date of early October 2008. The estimated value of the works is £200k. |
