The Special Scottish Police Services Authority (SPSA) Sub-Committee has delegated powers to respond, on behalf of Tayside Joint Police Board, to the Scottish Government on its proposals for the transfer of ICT staff and services from the Police Authorities to the SPSA. The Sub-Committee will be supported by Police staff and be a means to consider all matters arising out of the proposed transfer of staff to the Scottish Police Services Authority and assist the Force in ensuring the delivery of a satisfactory ICT Services by the SPSA. MEMBERSHIP In terms of paragraph 10 of the Amalgamation Scheme and Standing Order 39, the Board may appoint such Sub-Committees as it considers necessary. In terms of the Special SPSA Sub Committee it will comprise three members, namely the Convener and Vice Conveners.
