REMIT

The Complaints Sub-Committee has delegated powers to act in relation to the following matter :

1. To keep themselves informed of the manner in which the force deals with complaints against the police.


MEMBERSHIP

In terms of paragraph 10 of the Amalgamation Scheme and Standing Order 39, the Board may appoint such Sub-Committees as it considers necessary. In terms of the Complaints Sub Committee it will comprise six members (Convener, Vice-Conveners and three members from the other 15 members on a rotational basis).
