With reference to paragraph 2 Minute of Meeting of the Tayside Joint Police Board of 6 November 1995 there was submitted a copy of the Tayside Combined Police Area Amalgamation Scheme Order 1995. With reference to paragraph 4 Minute of meeting of the Tayside Joint Police Board of 20 May 1996 there was submitted Report No PB30/96 by the Clerk recommending that the Board make Standing Orders for the proceedings and business of the Board in terms of paragraph 9(4) of the Tayside Combined Police Area Amalgamation Scheme Order 1995. Accordingly the Standing Orders were made effective from that date. With reference to paragraph 8 Tayside Joint Police Board of 13 November 2006 wherein the Board approved joint report no PB63/2006 - Amendments to Standing Orders and Financial Regulations. With reference to paragraph 2 Tayside Joint Police Board of 11 June 2007 where the following members were appointed.
