The approved Model Scheme for Chief Constables under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 covers the following Scottish Police Forces -
Central Scotland PoliceDumfries and Galloway Constabulary Fife Constabulary Grampian Police Lothian and Borders Police Northern Constabulary Strathclyde Police Tayside Police It does not cover - Scottish Police College (SPC) Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency (SCDEA) Scottish Criminal Records Office (SCRO) Scottish Police Information Strategy (SPIS) which are under the Scottish Ministers, nor the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland which is not a public body under Schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
